Menu items custom classes don't work

Hi,

There are issues with menu items custom classes:

  • there’s a list of predefined classes by default ;
  • the class list is totally ignored and none of them is added on frontend.

Custom classes for menu items are really important to style different menu elements or add separators with CSS.

@yankiara , there is also this related issue with menu descriptions not being able to be added.

As of 1.3.2 this is now implemented. I have tested and confirm it works.
