Can't remove inline link

I can’t remove links that have been automatically added inline. Am I doing it wrong?

  • WordPress version: 6.4.2
  • Cwicly Plugin version: 1.3.4.7

I have been able to reproduce this issue on my end, and can confirm it is a bug.
