Position:absolute doesn't apply to specified pseudo-class only

I am using the latest version.

I noticed a bug.
I am styling something for the :before pseudo-class. When I chose position:absolute for it, I noticed it also applied to the normal pseudo-class.

Here is the screencast:

Update:
This is another screencast. In this screencast, you will see that the position value is only assigned to normal pseudo-class by viewing the quick editor.

I also noticed the same for other sites. Anyway, the bug didn’t affect the existing ones. Only the new one.

It worked previously.
Does anyone else notice the same?
