Nav: Dropdown Group Settings have no effect

When I want to customize the first one everything works as expected. Only the second one does not work.

I’m trying to create a mega menu and i can’t find how to have different background color for each group in my megamenu, in the nav dropdown I have summer activities and winter activities, and i’d like to have a différent color for each one.
