Margin inputs issue with negative margins and BOTTOM key

Hi,

It is not possible to decrease margin values below 0 with the BOTTOM key.

And if we enter a negative value with the keyboard, BOTTOM key won’t decrease the value either, only the TOP key seems to work.

I have been able to reproduce this issue on my end, and can confirm it is a bug.
We are actively working on a fix for this.
