Is it possible to use Cwicly without the Cwicly theme?

When I try to create Template Parts, like a new header, I get the following message when I start the Cwicly Editor:
The theme you’re currently using isn’t compatible with the website editor.

This unfortunately suggests that the BuddyBoss theme isn’t compatible with FSE, meaning you won’t be able to take advantage of templates and the Cwicly Themer.

When I try and create a new page and set the global settings in Cwicly I get:
An unexpected error occurred in the editor.

Do any errors appear in your browser console log?

I can’t even get the basic menu to appear correctly since it only shows as a bulleted list when it is supposed to be horizontal.

This would suggest either an SSL or HTTP authentication issue.
