How to only Query parent category terms?

On my category archive I want to list all further sub categories and only the direct sub categories. Exmple:

Electronic
- Cables
-- USB Cable
-- HDMI Cable
- Headphones
- Smartphones

Electronic is the primary parent category in this example. On the Electronic archive I want to display a list of all direct sub categories. This should be the result:

- Cables
- Headphones
- Smartphones

Unfortunately I’m not able to set my Query in a way that achieves this result.

Can anybody help?
