I cannot reproduce this issue. Related to your other styling report, I would suggest you have a plugin that is altering the backend styles.

i think it the conflict of Fluent Forms

seems if i trun on this of Fluent Forms, will get the issue.

after i turn it off,

i still met this issue when i click query block to add blocks just now , but not every time.

When using the cwicly block inserter, sometimes the panel is transparent. The same thing sometimes happens when using the transform feature.

We have been able to consistently reproduce and identify the issue and can confirm it is a bug.
It seems to be related to input fields that feature a select option.

Rest assured, this will be fixed very soon.
