Ability to insert Components via the Block Inserter

To enable a consistent user experience for clients and editors, it will be great if we can insert components from the main Block Inserter:

This will really streamline the editing flow and remove any confusion about where the user needs to go to add something.

Goes well with these other requests:

Ability to hide WordPress Patterns and Reusable Blocks via the Role Editor

Now that we have components, it is more practical to use them consistently, therefore Patterns and Reusable Blocks become redundant. It will be great for Cwicly to be able to hide these completely from the UI to avoid confusion. This will also be especially useful for Template editing as the Patterns tab is selected by default which is not useful.

Ability to insert Components via the Toolbar

Another one: It would be very cool if we could add components via the toolbar “add block” action, I think that would make the workflow a bit faster.
