Ability to reorder global elements

The new global elements UI is fantastic and so much more flexible and full featured. One thing missing is the ability to reorder or sort elements within their lists. I am thinking of this both for the visual aspect and also for how they are output in the CSS. This will really round out the usability of the UI. Thanks!

And how about quick code for the global elements?

Quick code for global elements

Currently we can access quick code for both block classes and global classes, which is incredibly helpful at times for rapidly viewing and editing the responsive code from a single screen. It will be great to have the same feature for global elements. This can be launched with an icon button or with Alt+Click as per the existing feature. Thanks!
