Wrong align/justify icons in vertical flex responsive settings

Hi,

It seems there’s a UI glitch in responsive flex settings: when vertical direction is set on a breakpoint, align and justify icons should adjust in smaller breakpoints like on the current breakpoint.

CSS rules in editor and frontend are OK, though; it is just a small display bug :wink:
