I travelled with TGV (Paris-Nîmes) and I tried to work offline in a localhost. It was not possible because of the licence failure.
Is it possible to allow to work offline in a localhost ?

If this was a new installation with no connection, correct, you won’t be able to activate it and use it.
However, if activated previously, you should have no trouble working offline.

This was a very new installation that I began in the TGV! Thank you for details.
Next time I will install it or I will charge the battery of my smartphone before departure.
