Are you talking about the archive and single product page that were showed in the video?
If so, these are available in the Design Library since the Woo update, as explained in the video.

right, thanks. But they are only found if label “WooCommerce” is selected, nothing found if just search for “product”, or “shop” or even “woocommerce”, that the reason I missed them
