It seems that after updating to the latest version of Cwicly, the small toolbar that supports editing has disappeared. Is there any way to restore it?

That happened to me as well.
Might be related to the improvement that we know can save/sync our editor settings.

Finally, after the mentioned improvement found its way to Cwicly, I will start using it as well
