Unable to move blocks or section in navigator

Description:

Unable to re-order anything once it’s on the canvas. Can’t switch placement of blocks from the cwicly navigator

[Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

  1. Create a section with any block in it.
  2. Make a second and third section with other blocks in those
  3. Try to move the third section above the first or a block from within the second to the third

Thanks for the report.

Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce this error.
Can you confirm that you are able to move the blocks using the native Gutenberg navigator?
