No it isn’t a temporary solution. I’m sorry you find it so.
The tabbing is something we can have a discussion about, but I went through long discussions with someone who is quite well versed in all the accessibility part of things and I was told that it was very important to keep the modal accessible, which means that in no circumstance can it be hidden from the end user.
The problem in the Cwicly specific case is that the markup is loaded inside other blocks, which means that the tabbing will be affected when such situations arise.
We’re looking at the possible solutions for this (moving it once loaded), but I do want to emphasise the fact that the modal cannot be hidden for accessibility reasons (also allowing non-javascript enabled sessions to access them).
