Themer: global parts, more details

I want to create a landing page for a defined purpose, so I need it without header.
But, with the actual system I have only two choices: having or not a header on all the pages.

So is it possible to define a page without header?

Indeed, I can see the problem when using the Global Parts in this way. The conditions certainly need more detailed conditioning to specify specific pages.
