I run on latest Cwicly.
I can’t seem to be able to target all pages (all singular pages) in the themer.
It will force me to select a page in particular and doesn’t propose an option to target them all as it is the case for posts.
Here for posts, I have the expected behaviour (can select all) :

I can confirm that you should be able to target all Pages as it is possible to do for Posts.
Moving this to confirmed bugs.
