There are different places to set column/row gap in a grid. When I set the gap here:
It does not change here:
When I close the page and reopen, the discrepancy is still there. Is this normal? Thanks.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Though the column/row gap from the Layout tab is a flex linked property, you are correct, there shouldn’t be a discrepancy.
I’ll be sure to let @Louis know, so he can take a closer look at this.
