for this site, first I used “normal” fields and groups to make this:
But, as I have multiple groups like that, I 'm using repeaters. And the problems arrived. 
To build the repeater, I used two groups of fields: one with the texts and one with the picture in background. For the texte I had no problem, the dropdown has enough fields
But not the picture:
It is because I use groups to better organize the datas. If I add a picture in the repeater, outside the groups, it works:

I have been able to reproduce this error on my end, and can confirm it is a bug.
In fact, the Group field name shouldn’t appear as an option, but should directly show the repeater fields.

I can confirm that I have similar experience with ACF Option page and select box which doesn’t work in Cwicly when inside ACF group field. In my case, I was trying to add a dynamic attribute based on the Options page select box. It doesn’t work inside the group field, but when I move it out, it works.
