When adding a larger set of relative styles, it will be beneficial to be able to reorder them to make it easier to keep them organised.
This prevents the need for scrolling through the list searching and also allows you to group related ones together.

Organizing RS items would help a lot.
The nice thing about this request is that the user experience is already well-defined in the global classes list, we just need it ported to the relative styles lists as well!
