'Quick Inserter' keeps reappearing after closing Settings

Description:

I want to close the so-called ‘Quick Inserter’ panel. After removing it through settings, it keeps reappearing.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:
Go to Cwicly Global Styles panel on the right side. Click Settings, then ‘Backend’ then toggle off the ‘Quick Inserter.’ Go out of the editor and into Wordpress dashboard. Go back in the editor; it has now reappeared.

Indeed, I can confirm that this is happening on my end and is unusual.
