if i set a attribute type to image,
and i dont upload image,
how can it set product variation image as image of attribute item automatically

Do you mean, if no image attribute has been set you would like a fallback image to display?
If this is the case, this isn’t currently possible but could be a nice addition.
It would be great if you could open a feature request for this.
