Set the tag for Taxonomy Terms block

Most Cwicly blocks allow setting the html tag, but the Taxonomy Terms block doesn’t currently. An example use case where this will be useful is for setting your terms as list items, in which case the Terms block can be set to a ul or ol tag. Thanks.
