Hi, when I resize the navigator, the three menu buttons are not available until I close and reopen the navigator.

I have been able to reproduce this error on my end, and can confirm it is a bug.
We’ll be sure to have a fix for this as soon as possible.

This should be addressed in 1.2.9.8.
