Modified indicator not shown for background source while editing pseudo element

Description:

When editing a pseudo element the modified dot is not shown for the background source tab.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

  1. Open the Post Editor/Site Editor
  2. Add a block
  3. Edit a pseudo element (e.g. before)
  4. Modify the background source image
  5. Notice there is no modified indicator
