The modal window in the footer is located at the global level. The button on the product page triggers adding to cart. The modal window does not react to this event and is not displayed.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
I believe this issue is unrelated to being located in a global template part or not, as outside one, it isn’t appearing as expected.
It appears to be related to a recent WooCommerce update, causing a disruption in the trigger’s normal functionality.
Rest assured, we will have a fix for this as soon as possible.
