From old feedback: Menu dropdown hidden, but still affecting DOM | Cwicly
I was having an issue with my pages where there was a huge, inexplicable gap at the bottom of my page.
After troubleshooting, I noticed a flash of content from the footer menu, and realized that the submenu dropdown was taking up space even if it wasn’t clicked/hovered.
Creating a footer specific menu without submenu items fixes this, but I don’t think this should be happening.
