I am not sure whether this can be classed as a bug or feature request but since Expand on click is a newly released feature I’m making it a request.
With Expand on click activated, you can click on an unselected block and it will unfold it.
When you click on a selected block, it does not unfold it.
Ideally it will expand regardless of the selected state.
