Make highlight available when we hover over the elements on the canvas

I think that this improvement is crucial.

When I hovered over each element on the navigator, it highlighted the elements. But, there was no highlight when I hovered over the elements on the canvas.

Should make the highlight available when we hover over the navigator and the canvas as well. So it would make the editing experience even better.

Any feedback is welcome.
