Hi @weedor,

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble with this.

Unfortunately, the error log doesn’t provide us with enough information to determine what might be going wrong.

Could you possibly share what lead to the crashing of the page?

Thank you in advance.

I was working on a component, which, by the way, is an incredible feature!
I didn’t perform any unusual actions. I believe I created a component—quite simple, just a div with a paragraph—and when I attempted to insert this new component, the error occurred.

I was a bit off and the template is still open. Do you think that I can save my work without losing the whole header?

Thank you for your kind words

And thank you for detailing what lead to the issue.
Unfortunately, on my end, the error doesn’t occur.

Could you possibly provide us with a temporary access to your installation?

If this is possible, for security and privacy reasons, kindly send the details using our paste website, by sharing the link generated: https://paste.cwicly.com/ to support@cwicly.com or by PM.

Thank you in advance.

I wouldn’t suggest saving the template, as it may remain crashed after refreshing.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you @Araminta.
I am sorry, but I had to reboot the computer.
In case of a new bug, I will immediately send you access to the backend.
Cheers,
Bruno

Hi Araminta,

Here’s a short video showing all the steps leading to the error:

I’ve also sent you an automatic login link via PM.
Cheers,
Bruno

Could you please check the modal that appears when you click on the hamburger menu?
Each component has a link, but nothing happens when you click on them.
I’m certain that the link for “Gestion des cookies” is correct. It’s: https://sudelite.com/cookies-policy/

If you could also check why the closing “x” of the modal is outlined when the modal opens, I’d appreciate it. This outline disappears immediately when I view the page source, so I can’t determine its origin.

Even though Marius told me that this is normal behavior for a modal, it would be great if we could remove this outline. I’ve used modals on other sites, and this is the only one that exhibits this behavior.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,
Bruno
