Header changing colors (background & Typo) when entering different sections when scrolling - how to?

Maybe there is a quick solution to implement that. An extended version of this would be, it adapts e.g. the background color set to a specific section when entering it

I have seen this idea long time ago with a classic theme I used (not available anymore)

Note: it is not the same as setting the header to transparent, as then the site content shines thru the header

Not possible (yet), but certainly something I’d like to see too - as a possible feature of scrolling interactions.
