in header and footer, is there a condition so i can choose where it needs to not appear ? ie if i dont want it to appear on an archive page (Actually its not appearing), in any case, how do i set conditions for footers?

You can set visibility conditions for headers and footers by adding them to the fragments via the Cwicly Themer:
Please note: You don’t have to add these directly to your templates by doing it this way - the fragments will automatically be added to the top and bottom of your template (for headers and footers respectively), based on the visibility conditions you specify.
