Global Style Elements Remove Bug (cwicly-global-settings)

When going to Global Styles → Elements and creating a new Element, cwicly will throw an Error that the cwicly-global-settings couldn’t be rendered and will be inaccessible until reload.

This also occurs when I tested it on a different site.

I can confirm that this is a bug since I have been able to reproduce it on my end.
I will move this to confirmed.
