Changing values by mouse scrubbing won’t work for the filter drop-shadow() function for global elements.
Inside the block inspector, it works but only on 2nd try.
Latest Cwicly and WP version.

I have been able to reproduce both the issue in the global elements tab and the inspector tab, and can confirm they are bugs.
