Global colors are not available in Gutenberg block inspector

Global colors seem to have disappeared from Gutenberg blocks color properties:

[FZwo]

This (before 1.3.2) is not working anymore:

instead, only Gutenberg default color palette is showing up now

This should now be fixed with 1.3.2.1.
