Global Classes panel: pseudo dropdown list cut

As reported by @Marius in Non-assigned Global Class Relative Styles Editing Bug - #4 by Marius, the pseudo dropdown list on the Global Classes panel is cut.

This should now be fixed with 1.2.9.8.2.
