Genius.com highlight feature on text

Hi everyone,

I would like to recreate an effect present on the current genius.com lyrics website where you can click a certain (part of the) text, and a field shows up explaining that lyric.

Do I do this with relative styling? Maybe someone would want to explain

I didn’t know this block existed! Looks indeed perfectly suitable for this idea
