Just in case it got lost a bit and to extend my list above, I want to add this here as well.
It’s a crucial point when using Relative Styling with pseudo elements.

Ability to define pseudo content inside Relative Styling

Everything is in the title. I think the only chance to do that right now is via custom CSS. Very basic use case: Text block that contains an inline span element (applied via toolbar option). As the span element is no actual block, Relative Styling provides direct access via .blockclass span::pseudoelement
