Expand stylesheet side editor to the bottom of the window

Cwicly Plugin version: 1.4.1

Hi,

The inspector panel stylesheet editor’s height is always half the free space.

Besides, when resizing it, new height is not remembered.

Counld’t it expand to bottom by default?

This seems like a Feature Requests as this editor panel height has never been persistent.
