in the Settings I have uploaded my fonts in Font Sets. But they don’t appear in the Font Manager.
What is the difference between the two?

The Font Sets option in the settings is deprecated.
Please use the recently introduced Font Manager inside the builder.

This definitely should be written somewhere in the backend and documented.
Spent a lot of time debugging a not working variable font in Font sets whereas it’s perfectly working with Font manager.
