Thanks for the report.
How do you mean the toggle doesn’t work?
Do you not see the icon change to sun/moon or is it simply the editor that doesn’t apply the changes?
There does seem to be an issue with the editor set to dark mode and preview not showing the light mode when the preview is not iFramed.

This is exactly it. The toggle itself works, but it doesn’t change the preview.
Because I have my UI set to dark, it shows all sections as dark by default, and the toggle has no effect. Works as it should on the front-end though.
If I have dark mode defined in the builder settings - the icon for switching dark/light mode does not work.
I also tried with disabled ACSS, but there is no difference.
WordPress version: 6.3.1
Cwicly Plugin version: 1.3.2
ACSS Version 2.7.0.2
PHP: 8.1.24
