Switching to Dark Mode does not work in templates for me. It only works for pages. (I’m only talking about the editor. In the frontend everything works fine)

I have the same issue.
But it doesn’t seem to be systematic…
For instance, in my footer and page templates it works perfectly, and in my header and frontpage templates it doesn’t.
The toggle actually works, since color change in the global color panel, but the canvas doesn’t reflect the change.
When I inspect code, it looks like the light/dark class is missing in my header and frontpage iframe’s html element:

Good to hear I’m not alone because this does not happen on all of my sites.
As you mentioned the Global Colors do change and work fine, only the canvas does not react.
Also I’m pretty sure it worked yesterday but for some reason it doesn’t anymore even though I did not change anything.
I agree, at some point it worked even in my header template yesterday, and I can’t understand why, then out of order again.
