Cwicly List: ol-Tag wrapped with ul-Tag

Description:

When adding Cwicly List and select “numbered list” Option, the markup is wrong ul > ol > li instead of ol > li.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

1. Add Cwicly List Block
2. Enter some list items
3. Change List style to Ordered List
4. Save page and inspect front end code of the generated list
