Crowdsourcing of templates/sections

Hi,

Can Cwicly create an area where users can upload their templates and help each other? Crowdsourcing is very powerful and we all who wants to share their work can do here. May be a combo of paid and free.

Some body started this for Bricks. Library – Bricks Design Set
