In my Single post template, I have 2 sections, each with conditions applied
On the frontend the conditions are being applied correctly, but on the backend they are not in the editor.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and the screencast!
To clarify, we don’t currently support conditions taking effect on the backend, meaning that what you are experiencing is the currently expected behaviour.
However, I’ll move this to confirmed bugs so that the team can keep a track on a solution for this.
