Columns block grid editor

A few users report issues with their Columns block not being responsive, though it looks applied in the grid editor.

This is usually caused when auto grid is toggled off.
Be sure that the fractions setting is applied by dragging one of the other columns, which should update the layout.

i have an issue with columns block not working when i use clamp or var for column gap and/or row gaps. No issue when using px or rem or other units
Can you add this as a feature request please @Araminta ? being able to use vars for gaps in the column block (i use it in divs and sections and it works perfectly)
