Code block : window stuck

As soon as I open the code window, it is stuck at the very top (just under favorite bar). Impossible to unstick (even with ESC). It is only possible to resize it.

Apologies for the trouble on this one.

While most of Cwicly modals do re-position when exposed out of the viewport, the code specific modals did not do so.

This should be addressed in 1.2.9.5.5.
