Clicking "+ Default" to add a template doesn't take you to templates page in WP 6.2

Description:

Due to the changes to the template editor screens in WP 6.2, the urls have changed.

In order to add a template you have to first click on the Templates tab in the site editor screen which adds the following query string to the url:

?path=%2Fwp_template

The button in the Cwicly Themer screen currently misses this part of the url and requires an additional click to get there.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

Please write the steps needed to reproduce the bug.

  1. Upgrade to WP 6.2
  2. Open the Cwicly > Themer
  3. Press the [ + Default ] button
