Cannot insert blocks into Modal

Description:

I add a Modal block to a page, but then cannot insert any block in it. The Modal block appears in the navigator and in DOM (frontend).

Step-by-step reproduction instructions:

Please write the steps needed to reproduce the bug.

  1. Create a new page
  2. Insert a Modal block
  3. Try to insert a div or a paragraph block inside the Modal block
  4. Observer the blocks are not inserted

Environment info

  • WordPress version: 6.6.1
  • Cwicly Plugin version: 1.4.1.8

Anyone else experiencing this? Want to make sure it’s not only my setup…

Just checked on my side, no issues for me.
Everything works as expected.

Can you check the browser console for potential errors?

I may have encountered it before but saving and refreshing the page usually resolved the issue.

Thanks, @Marius. I could only see warnings about deprecated functions.

@hopscotch, refreshing the page did not help, as you can see in the video.

I use Brave browser (have been using it for years) but I also tested with Firefox.
